How often does he meet with the countless non-profit organizations that advocate for people with disabilities?  ACT, Down Syndrome, Special Olympics? How about Guam legal? Flame Tree Freedom Center? Guam CEDDERS?  Faith-based organizations? State Rehabilitation Council? Guam Developmental Disabilities Council?

For much of that time, we were just platform islands from which American power could be projected to real battlefields. For most of Micronesia, just denying potential adversaries—as in, “strategic denial”—was sufficient.

The findings are clear: self-censorship is a real and pressing challenge, especially as intentional disinformation and misinformation campaigns create fractures and divide our communities.
