This is to bring attention to the burden local artists bear when exhibiting their work in government-funded agencies, such as CAHA and the Guam Museum. This is a concern that many of us in the art community secretly carry. 

But Guam is not a stranger to calamities. The “great generation” survived WWII. We always manage to pull through typhoons.

   I suggested learning communities needed to learn from this. We needed to be more consistent, interactive and alive. Computers are a tool. They are not a replacement. As many education leaders in the July issue shared, human beings cannot be replaced.
