The Government of Guam is updating its Zero Waste Master Plan. The intent of the Zero Waste Master Plan is to provide a blueprint for the implementation of zero waste initiatives over the next 20 years to achieve ambitious waste diversion goals which will extend the life of the Layon Landfill and preserve Guam’s precious land resources for future generations.
