Guam logs 370th Covid death, 97 new cases

A 56-year-old woman, who was pronounced dead on arrival at Guam Regional Medical City on June 12, became Guam's 370th Covid-related fatality.


The woman was fully vaccinated with one booster. She had underlying health conditions and tested positive on June 12.


The Department of Public Health and Social Services reported 97 new cases of Covid-19 from 893 specimens collected on June 13. Of this total number of cases, 48 were reported through the Department of Defense.


To date, there have been a total of 50,217 officially reported cases, 370 deaths, 434 cases in active isolation, and 49,413 not in active isolation.
