One child darted straight to the Disney Princess bed. Another made a beeline for the Paw Patrol bunk set. Their parents trailed behind, laughing and filming on their phones. That kind of excitement is exactly what Jessica Leon Guerrero had in mind when she opened Little Living.
Located in Tamuning, Little Living is Guam’s new children’s furniture store designed to be more than a showroom.

“We wanted local families to feel a sense of warmth, joy and inspiration the moment they walked in,” Leon Guerrero said. “Our team did a great job curating all the vignettes, bringing the space to life in a way that sparks excitement.”
Leon Guerrero co-owns the shop with her husband Carlo Leon Guerrero. The couple already runs M-80 Systems, Inc., a commercial furniture company.
When they acquired Furniture Kathy Style earlier this year, they expanded into home furniture and then saw a chance to serve a different need.
“Kathy Sorenson’s goal was to expand into the baby furniture market,” she said. “We shared that vision and recognized a real need on the island, as it was challenging for families to find a wide variety of quality furniture for babies and kids.”
From Minnie Mouse toddler beds to practical cribs and changing stations, Little Living stocks items that balance fun and function. “We look for quality,
durability, affordability and design that appeals to families,” Leon Guerrero said.
Launching the store wasn’t without hurdles. The team had a tight schedule to meet the opening date. “Timing was our biggest challenge,” she said. “Despite the pressure, our strong and dedicated team worked long hours and weekends to bring everything together.”
Leon Guerrero said her own family inspired the shop’s direction. “With kids, a grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews, we often imagine what they would want and need in their spaces.”
“Our plan is to establish Little Living as a destination where kids can dream, imagine and feel inspired," she added.
