Triple J team excels at Ford contest in Thailand

Triple J Auto Group celebrated the exceptional performance of its team at the 2025 Ford Asia Pacific Distributor Market skills contest held in Thailand.

Sales Consultant Timothy Hall was named the overall winner in the sales consultant category, while service advisor Jonovan Johanes earned first runner-up in the service advisor category.

The APDM Skills Contest is an annual initiative by Ford Motor Co. designed to recognize and celebrate the top talent across the Asia Pacific distributor network.

This year’s multi-day competition, held at the Ford Learning Center in Bangkok, brought together high-performing sales consultants, service advisors, and technicians from across the region for a series of knowledge-based assessments and hands-on challenges.

Timothy Hall showcased his expertise in product knowledge, customer experience, and sales techniques, ultimately outperforming representatives from across Asia Pacific to claim the top spot. Jonovan Johanes impressed judges with his skillset in vehicle inspection, communication, and aftersales service, placing second among the best service advisors in the region.

“We are incredibly proud of Tim and Jonovan for representing Triple J and Guam with excellence,” said Jay Jones, Executive Vice President of Triple J. “Their achievement reflects our continued commitment to putting our customers first by investing in our people and delivering best-in-class service across every level of the dealership.”

Guam Hawgs provide Christmas in July to DYA

Members of the Guam Hawgs Motorcycle Club visited DYA for the annual

Christmas in July gift donations, including school supplies, food commodities, cleaning supplies, hygiene products, snacks, musical instruments and sports equipment, such as two portable basketball rims.

The Guam Hawgs began accepting donations on July 18, and after making

their list and checking it twice, their efforts brought a joyful and uplifting spirit to the youth in DYA’s care.

For the past three years, Guam Hawgs have generously contributed to the Christmas in July donations, and their support continues to grow each year.

DYA will use these donations to support the upcoming school year, provide behavioral incentives, and enhance daily programs, including physical exercise, arts and crafts, music therapy, and general facility upkeep.
