Joseph B. McDonald is new Chief Prosecutor for Guam Attorney General's office


Guam Attorney General Elizabeth Barrett-Anderson has announced the selection of Attorney Joseph B. McDonald as the new Chief Prosecutor for her office .

“I am pleased to announce my selection of Attorney Joseph B. McDonald as Deputy Attorney General, Criminal Division, to succeed Deputy Attorney General Phil J. Tydingco who retires August 11th. Attorney McDonald received his Juris Doctorate in 1998 from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, clerked for the Guam Supreme Court from 1999-2000, and until his return to Guam in 2014, worked in banking and commercial law in Florida. He is presently in charge of the White-Collar Crime Unit. He will serve the people of Guam as the new Chief Prosecutor,” said Attorney General Elizabeth Barrett-Anderson.
