One of 57 tests confirmed positive



Community transmission of Covid-19 on Guam continues to show a decelerating trend, with Covid Area Risk score falling to .5 and hospitalization now down to 11 as of Jan. 3.


One tested positive out of 57 tests on Saturday.


To date, there have been a total of 7,327 officially reported cases of Covid-19 with 123 deaths, 157 cases in active isolation and 7,047 not in active isolation.


The Vaccine and Antiviral Prioritization Policy Committee will be holding its fourth virtual meeting on Monday, Jan. 4, at 4 p.m. The committee will continue discussions on prioritizing vaccinations for Phase 1b essential workers and first responders, and any new Covid-19 vaccine-related developments since they last met on Dec. 28, 2020.
