Guam's Covid hospitalizations rise to 50

Covid-related hospitalizations have increased to 50 including one pediatric case. Five are receiving intensive care treatment and one is on a ventilator.


Today, the Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) reported a preliminary case count of 141 new cases of Covid -19 from 422 specimens analyzed on Feb. 19.


Additional results are pending analysis and submission from other clinics and will be reported on Feb. 21. To date, there have been a total of 42,544 officially reported cases, 316 deaths, 5,173 cases in active isolation, and 37,055 not in active isolation.
