Guam has 93 new cases; 55 hospitalizations



The Guam Memorial Hospital, Guam Regional Medical City (GRMC), and U.S. Naval Hospital (USNH) Guam have reported 55 new hospital admissions, of which 30 are unvaccinated and 25 are vaccinated.


Today, the Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) reported a preliminary case count of 93 new cases of COVID-19 from 785 specimens analyzed on Sept. 3.


Additional results are pending analysis and submission from other clinics and will be reported on Tuesday, Sept. 7.


To date there have been a total of 11,292 officially reported cases of COVID-19 with 151 deaths, 2,015 cases in active isolation and 9,126 not in active isolation. As of September 3, the CAR Score is 46.8.
