DZSP21 awarded new $116M contract for Naval Base Guam operations

The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Marianas today announced a $116 million modification to DZSP 21 LLC’s previously awarded contract for base operations support services at Naval Base Guam.
The award brings the cumulative face value of the contract to $849 million.
According to the Department of Defense’s announcement, the modification provides for the exercise of Option Five for base operating support services at Navy, Marine Corps and Air Force installations in the Joint Region Marianas area of responsibility.
Work is expected to be completed by July 2026, DOD said.
DOD said fiscal 2025 operations and maintenance funds from the Navy, Marine Corps and Department of Defense in the amount of $53.3 milion will be obligated at time of award, and funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
