CNMI has 261 new Covid cases

Saipan-- The CNMI has 261 new cases of Covid-19, bringing the CNMI total to 5,575 cases since March 26, 2020. The individuals have been isolated and are actively monitored.


Of the 261 cases identified on Feb. 2: 172 identified via contact tracing, 76 via community testing, 13 via travel testing; five were identified on Tinian, and four on Rota

As of Feb. 3, 2022, there were 10 individuals hospitalized as a result of Covid-19: five unvaccinated, four vaccinated, one partially vaccinated; and two were discharged
