Pay-Less announces grand reopening of newly renovated MicroMall location

Guam Pay-Less Markets will mark the grand reopening of its Micronesia Mall location on Jan. 21 to celebrate the completion of the store's $4.5 million renovation.


The Micronesia Mall Pay-Less Supermarkets closed its doors in January last year and welcomed back its customers during the soft opening on Jan. 9.


"The company is excited to start off this new year by unveiling its new and improved shopping destination to the local community," Pay-Less said in a press release.


"This brand new 40,362 square foot store boasts a wider variety of product offerings, and some exciting new features such as the Guam Brewery, Infusion Coffee Shop, Proof Bread Shop, Loco Bowlz Co. and Crumbs Artisan Bakery," Pay-Less said.


“We are excited to welcome back home our long-time customers and meet new friends as we celebrate the reopening of our Micronesia Mall Pay-Less store," said Kathy Calvo, president and CEO of Pay-Less Markets.

"After almost 30 years at the Micronesia Mall location, this recent renovation is the most transforming with the store entrance rotating 90 degrees and now facing Fatima Road. We look forward to providing our customers with a shopping experience that enhances your senses, provides value and satisfaction, and becomes home for all your grocery shopping needs. Maila Halom," she added.


Established on Guam in 1950, Pay-Less Supermarkets has eight stores with locations in Dededo, Maite, Mangilao, Micro-Mall, Oka, Sinajana, Sumay and Yigo.
