Community Events: Townhall meeting with the Guam delegate

Guam Del. James Moylan will host a Community Town Hall on Aug. 14 at 6 p.m. at the Chalan Pago-Ordot Mayor’s Office, to allow residents to ask questions and share their thoughts on federal issues impacting life on the island.

The open forum will tackle a variety of topics, including veterans’ care, healthcare access, infrastructure, workforce development and the military buildup among others.

“This town hall isn’t just about updates—it’s a real chance for us to listen, answer questions, and work together on what matters most to you,” Moylan said. “Coming into our villages reminds us who we serve and why it matters. These conversations help make sure our work in Washington reflects the everyday realities of island life.”
