AK unveils 6th-gen 2026 RAV4
Atkins Kroll Guam unveiled its Sixth-Generation 2026 RAV4 Hybrid on Feb. 21 at the Toyota Showroom in Tamuning. The best-selling compact SUVs are now available in Limited and LE grades in Guam.
Wherever the road leads you, the all-new 2.5L 4-cycle all-wheel-drive and two-wheel drive hybrid delivers the same start-up, refueling, and on-road feel of Toyota’s gas-powered models with improved fuel efficiency.
“We are excited to announce the arrival of Toyota’s latest core model— the RAV4 Hybrid. RAV4s have been a popular mid-size SUV for many years on Guam, and today is the best-selling compact SUV in America," said Clark Boswell, AK vice president and general manager.
"The 2026 model is built with Toyota’s advanced hybrid systems, which pairs gasoline engines with battery-powered electric motors, offering a smooth yet powerful driving experience," her added.
All models come with special safety and convenience features by Toyota Safety Sense™ 4.0 or TSS 4.0, which includes pre-collision system with pedestrian detection; lane tracing, lane departure alert with steering assist, dynamic
radar cruise control, automatic high beams, proactive driving assist and road sign assist.

Triple J Auto Group names Ford service manager
Triple J is pleased to announce the promotion of John Gilman to Ford Service Manager, effective Feb. 1.
John joined Triple J in April 2021 as Shop Controller and quickly demonstrated strong leadership, operational discipline, and a deep commitment to customer service. In April 2025, he was promoted to Shop Foreman, where he continued to strengthen shop productivity, teamwork, and service quality.
“I’ve been lucky to work with a great team here, and I’m proud of what we do every day to take care of our customers. I’m looking forward to helping the team keep improving and making the service experience even better," Gilman said.
As Ford service manager, Gilman oversees daily service operations at our main headquarters Ford Service Department, working closely with service advisors, technicians, and management teams to further enhance efficiency, customer experience, and service performance.

Triple J’s community Sunday meet-up draws crowd
Triple J welcomed an overwhelming turnout of car enthusiasts and their families to its first Cars, Kafe
& Community Sunday morning meet-up held on Feb. 22 at the Triple J Headquarters in Upper Tumon.
Modeled after the popular Cars & Coffee format, the relaxed, come-and-go gathering brought together enthusiasts of all makes and models, from high-performance supercars to timeless classics and custom builds, transforming the dealership into a vibrant hub of connection, conversation, and community.
Hundreds of guests rolled in throughout the morning to enjoy coffee and light bites from local vendors Dikiki Donuts and Postcard Coffee, explore a wide variety of vehicles, and connect with fellow enthusiasts in a welcoming, family-friendly setting.
Following the success of the inaugural event, Triple J plans to host future Cars, Kafe & Community meet-ups and invites the community to stay tuned for upcoming announcements.

GEDA launches Buy Guam
initiative
The Guam Economic Development Authority has launched Buy Guam, a public awareness campaign designed to encourage residents, visitors and the international market to support local businesses and “Made in Guam” products bearing the Guam Product Seal.
“Your purchasing decision has power,” said Christina D. Garcia, GEDA’sadministrator. “When you buy local, your money stays local and builds a stronger Guam, recirculating in the economy to other small businesses at least three times over.”
Recently unveiled at GEDA’s Taking the Leap Beyond Guam virtual export conference, the initiative is designed to increase demand for locally produced goods and enhance the competitiveness of local businesses and entrepreneurs.
The campaign features Guam-based manufacturers and producers, highlighting the quality, creativity and innovation behind local products.
