Coast360 supports Make-A-Wish, empowers kids to give back

For 37 years, Make-A-Wish Guam & CNMI has been granting life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses, providing hope, strength and joy to them and their families.

Coast360 Federal Credit Union is proud to stand alongside this mission, contributing $15,000 in donations this year to help bring more wishes to life.

“At Coast360, our mission is to build lifetime relationships with our members and be stewards of the community for all generations, supporting Make-A-Wish aligns perfectly with our mission and values, as together we can bring light, hope, and happiness to children who need it the most,” said Gener Deliquina,Coast360 CEO.

In addition to the donation, Coast360 hosted its Kids360 Money Skills Workshop at the Maite Member Center on July 12.

During the workshop, children learned the importance of saving, spending, and giving. At the end of the session, participants were given play money for completing various learning activities and were encouraged to decide how to use them—save, spend, or donate.

“For every play dollar donated, Coast360 matched it with $10,” Deliquina added. “Together, the kids donated a total of $880 to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation.”
