6 deaths in the first 3 days of November

The Joint Information Center today reported three more Covid-19 related deaths, in addition to the three previously reported for the first three days of November.


Guam's Covid death is now 248.


The 246th fatality occurred at Guam Regional Medical City on Nov. 1. The patient was a 71-year-old male, unvaccinated. He tested positive on Oct. 31.


The 247th fatality occurred at the Guam Memorial Hospital on Nov. 3. The patient was a 61-year-old male, unvaccinated, with underlying health conditions. He tested positive on Oct. 28.


The 248th fatality occurred at GMH on Nov. 3. The patient was a 48-year-old male, unvaccinated, with underlying health conditions. He tested positive on Oct. 30.


The number of hospitalizations has decreased to 46, including three pediatric cases,


The Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) reported 97 new cases of Covid-19 out of 1,149 tests performed on Nov. 3. Sixty cases were identified through contact tracing. To date, there have been a total of 18,507 officially reported cases, 248 deaths, 2,505 cases in active isolation, and 15,754 not in active isolation. The CAR Score is 10.0.
