McDonald’s opens 7th outlet in Yigo


McDonald’s Guam is scheduled on Nov. 17 to hold the grand opening of its Yigo outlet, the seventh location on island The new McDonald’s is located on the corner of Marine Corps Drive and Chalan Lujuna at the entrance to Perez Acres in Yigo.

Construction of the new outlet began on May 15, 2017. Now completed, McDonald’s Yigo had soft opening on Oct. 15. The 4,382-sq.ft. building stands on a 44,000-sq.ft. property. It has a 52-seating capacity and 28 parking stalls.

McDonald’s “mobile order” will soon be available to allow customers to order via phone for pick-up at the store. Automated beverage system is available at Drive Thru.

Saipan businessman Jose “Joe” Ayuyu acquired the six formerly corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurants on Guam in 2016. McDonald’s has a total 70 employees.
