Santa Rita's Kaemiha Muna is the 73rd Liberation Day Queen of Guam

Kaemiha Muna was crowned the 73rd Liberation Queen of Guam, as Liberation Day events, including the carnival got underway at the Paseo in Hagatna.

The 18-year-old from Santa Rita is the daughter of Selene Concepcion Muna and the late Francisco Diaz Muna, and she is sponsored by the Santa Rita Mayor’s Office.

She raised $55,669.70 in the Queens contest.

According to Muna, half of the money raised goes to the Mayors Council of Guam. The remainder is divided between the Santa Rita Mayor's Office and herself, Muna said.
