Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific awarded a $16,960,148 firm-fixed-price task order to MNDPI Pacific JV, of Honolulu, Hawaii on Oct. 27 for architect-engineering services on Guam.

“We are excited to partner up with a local Hawaii business to fulfill the preparations of developing a design-bid-build construction package consisting of full plans, specifications, detailed cost estimate, and other services for work on Guam,” said NAVFAC Pacific Design and Construction Project Manager Mike Lau.

The work to be performed under this task order is to develop the design primarily for the construction of a new concrete fixed single deck submarine repair pier at Polaris Point Submarine Base, Guam.

Work will be performed in Piti, Guam with an expected completion date of September 2024.
