The new Waqab After-School Program for children in grades 2 to 5 officially opened on Jan. 11 with a ribbon cutting by Francis Itimai, director, Department of Youth and Civic Affairs for the state. The project is Yap Fusion’s new initiative to address the challenges that after school care presents.
