IT&E going paperless

IT&E has launched "A Change that Matters" — an initiative to reduce paper waste and its negative impacts on our environment.

Customers can make a small change with global impact by switching to online billing statements. Going paperless also saves customers money and time.

“We believe that together we can make a small change that has a big impact. Going paperless means less trash in our local landfill and less pollutants going into the earth, air and water. In Guam and the CNMI, land is tied to the hearts and culture of the people. We’re proud to work alongside customers to preserve what matters most.” Jim Oehlerking, CEO of IT&E

Customers will save $3 every month on billing fees by simply choosing to eliminate paper statements. Customers can access their latest statements and make a payment from any computer without having to stand in line.

To switch to e-statements, customers must first sign up for their security password, if they have not done so already, by visiting any IT&E store. Once the password is established, customers can then enroll in MyBilling eStatements.

A portion of the fees collected to benefit local non-profit sustainability and/or recycle programs.
