U.S. District Judge Frances Tydingco-Gatewood today announced the appointment of Michael J. Bordallo to the position of U.S.  Magistrate Judge for the District Court of Guam.

Bordallo is replacing Joaquin Manibusan, who retired on Jan. 31.
